D Street has one-bedroom apartments for the TAY population, 18-24 years old. The eligibility for this site includes referral through VCBH as part of the MHSA funding for homeless and mentally disabled prospective residents. Many Mansions is a California nonprofit corporation. Many Mansions provides Adult Services at seven of our 14 affordable housing properties. The Adult Services program assists formerly homeless residents who live with a physical, mental, or developmental disability. The Adult Services program is designed to provide all residents with services and resources needed to help them achieve greater stability and self-sufficiency. Services include the following: On-site case management Job development Resource referral Financial education Community Activities Food assistance Life skills training Individual Service Plan
