I have a hom inc voucher for 959 for a 1/2 bdrm w utilities or I have a electric allowance. I have a poss of marijuana in 2016 and I have a eviction in 2014, I'm in a unit that the ceiling has caved in from water leaking from upstairs and it has been like that for 47 days now and nobody has come to fix it. I need it ASAP because the basic living needs are incapable here. And Hom Inc is doing a emergency relocating cause of the situation.
