Description

Arizona Housing, Inc. is closing the loop on homelessness, helping people attain true self-sufficiency by providing quality affordable housing coupled with comprehensive social services. As a sister agency to Central Arizona Shelter Services, Arizona Housing, Inc. provides homeless individuals and families with a safe place they can call home. Founded in 1995, Arizona Housing, Inc. owns and operates over 550 affordable supportive apartments in Phoenix, Arizona.

Eligibility Requirements:



Complete Application (located at the front office)



Valid ID and Social Security Card



Must meet the HUD HEARTH Act criteria for homelessness



Proof of income (four paycheck stubs/benefits award letter) or housing voucher



Pass Background Check (Sex offenders, violent felons, arsonists, and persons with outstanding warrants are not eligible)
